Request quote & sample review
Tell us about your requirement and we will reply by email. For custom or OEM requests, see Custom & OEM. See our Privacy Policy for how inquiry details are handled.
What happens next
Every brief is reviewed before any quote, sample or production is confirmed. A submitted brief — including a design or a sample request — is a request for review. It does not by itself confirm that a style can be produced, a price, a minimum order quantity or a lead time.
Common questions
How do I choose a style?
Browse Products by shoe type. Each style page shows the specifications we have confirmed for that style — materials, sizes, colours and, where available, a reference price. Quote the product code (for example, RN001) when you contact us.
How do I request a quote?
Use the form on this page, or the Request Quote button on any product page. Include the style code, your target market and an estimated quantity. You can also reach us on WhatsApp.
What does the reference price mean?
When a style shows a reference price, it is an indicative guide from our catalog only. It is not a final quote — request a quote for your requirements.
How do I ask about a sample?
Add a note to your message describing the style, colour and quantity you would like to sample. A sample request is submitted for review; it does not mean a sample is in stock, free or already approved.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the style. When we have a confirmed figure, it is shown on the product page. There is no single site-wide minimum — if a style does not list one, ask us in your message.
Can I change or customize a style?
Describe the change or the new design in the Message field, or start from Custom & OEM. Custom requests are reviewed before anything is confirmed.
