This page explains what this website collects when you send a business inquiry or request a download, why it is collected and how it is handled. This is a B2B site for business inquiries; it is not a consumer store.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company or brand, country or market, estimated quantity, an optional WhatsApp number and your message. If you opened the form from a product page, the form also records that product reference.
Why we collect it
We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a quote, a sample or a development review that you asked for. It is not used to add you to a marketing list, and it is not sold. If you choose to download a file, we also use the details you submit to provide that download.
How it is stored and shared
Inquiries are stored privately in this website’s database and are visible only to authorized staff. We do not share inquiry details with third parties except as needed to answer your request. The download link is generated from your submission record and does not contain your name, email address or other personal details.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry only as long as needed to handle it and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted. A download link is valid for 24 hours, but that link lifetime is not how long we keep your personal details.
