02 / Development
Development and sampling
The factory’s sample-development team covers pattern making, footwear design, upper stitching and assembly. Development follows a practical sequence: review technical information, prepare patterns, make an initial sample, check the sample and revise it based on feedback. Materials, construction and specifications are reviewed for each project.
03 / Production
Production process
The factory’s production workflow covers cutting, upper preparation, stitching, assembly and finished-goods inspection before storage. Material handling includes separate storage areas, batch management and first-in, first-out procedures.

Quality checks
