Custom / OEM

Custom & OEM development

We work with brands, wholesalers, importers and sourcing teams. There are two common ways to start a footwear project with us. Both begin with a short brief, and our team reviews it before anything is quoted or produced.

Two ways to start

Customize an existing style

Choose a style from the catalog and tell us what you would like to change. Quote the product code (for example, RN001) so we know exactly which style you mean.

Develop from your own design

Send your own design or reference and describe the shoe you want to develop. Tell us the shoe type, your target market and an estimated quantity so the request can be reviewed.

Do not have a design yet? You can start with a description of the shoe you have in mind. Add it to your brief and our team will review it.

What to include in your brief

  • The style (a catalog product code) or a description of the shoe you want to develop
  • Your target market or country
  • An estimated quantity
  • Any materials, colours or packaging you have in mind
  • Whether you would like to discuss a sample

You can put all of this in the Message field of the quote form. If you have a reference file, describe it or share a link in the same message.

From technical brief to sample

Sampling follows a practical sequence. Each step is agreed before the next one starts.

  1. Technical information — share drawings and project requirements for review.
  2. Pattern preparation — prepare patterns based on the proposed construction.
  3. Initial sample — make a sample for review.
  4. Sample review — check the sample against the agreed requirements.
  5. Revisions — update the sample based on feedback.

Sampling and production are subject to project feasibility, agreed specifications and separately confirmed commercial terms.

How we respond

Every brief is reviewed before any quote, sample or production is confirmed. A submitted brief — including a design or a sample request — is a request for review. It does not by itself confirm that a style can be produced, a price, a minimum order quantity or a lead time.

We reply to the email address you provide. You are also welcome to reach us directly on WhatsApp.
